Our packages

This is our top of the range package and provides you with all the help you may need during the downsizing process (excluding additional services). This package is fully customisable to your needs and budget, and includes:

• Personal consultation (at home or in our office location) to understand your needs and explain the process to you.

• Liaison with local real estate agents and retirement villages in the area of your choice, and assistance in order to find the right home for you, based on your needs.

• Weekly status updates via phone and/or email when required.

• A project timeline, customised to your timeframe and budget, updated daily and reported to you.

• Liaison with legal advice and services if required.

• Organising and obtaining quotes, and booking services to help you declutter, remove, and pack, and unpack your household items.

• Help with the furniture for your new home: including measurement services, organising removal of unwanted goods and furniture, and tips and advice on the purchase of new and/or replacement furniture.

• Assistance on moving day (see Bronze package below for more details)

This is the package that suits people who have friends or family wanting to help with some of the tasks during the downsizing process. This package is fully customisable to your needs and budget, and includes:

• Personal consultation (at home or in our office location) to understand your needs and explain the process to you.

• Liaison with local real estate agents and retirement villages in the area of your choice, and assistance in order to find the right home for you (if requried)

• Advice on how to make improvements to your current home in order to increase its sale value.

• Weekly status updates via phone and/or email when required.

• A project timeline, customised to your timeframe and budget, updated daily and reported to you.

• Organising and obtaining quotes, and booking services to help you declutter, remove, and pack, and unpack your household items (if required).

This is the basic help package, however it is also fully customisable to suit your needs and budget. The package includes:

• Assistance and support during moving day: Our moving assistant, can be present at your current home during the move day, to ensure you are all set up for the big day. If you prefer to not do the heavy lifting, we can also take care of all the tasks required during the move.

• Liaison with removalist team to ensure compliance to requirements and agreement.

• We can contact you during your moving day to make sure you are well and assist you with any needs you may have.

• Make sure the move is completed successfully, that you are satisfied with the service and handle any unforeseen event should they occur.

These services are additional tasks that are sometimes required when you move to a new home. They includes:

• Furniture Service: We can help you find new furniture to fit your home. We provide comparison services to find the best price and style. We can buy the furniture for you, organise delivery, and organise assistance for furniture assembly (if required).

• Electrical and Technology service: We can organise assistance to setup your electrical appliances. We can also assist to connect your computer to the internet and get you back online in no time!

• Provisions service: We can help you re-stock your fridge or pantry, organise the shopping, delivery and unpacking.

• New Address Service: We can organise your mail redirection and assist with updating your adresss for all your services, including new connections and disconnections.

These services can be added to your packages as you need them.
